Licensed Clinical Social Worker
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our Behavioral Health team. In this vital role, you will provide emotional and social support to patients, ensuring their well-being aligns with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the emotional, social, and psychological needs of patients in a clinical setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and healthcare teams.
- Provide counseling and support to patients experiencing emotional or social challenges related to medical conditions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Document patient interactions and treatment plans accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain on-site presence during business hours to facilitate patient support and team collaboration.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Proven experience in clinical social work, preferably within a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
- Strong understanding of mental health, social services, and medical social work principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local regulations governing healthcare and social services.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care delivery.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
