To support a growing mobile game portfolio, the full-time Senior Motion Graphics Designer will create high-quality motion graphics, engaging short-form video ads, and modular creative assets for user acquisition campaigns while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Design and animate motion graphics for digital marketing campaigns, utilizing typography, visual effects, and gameplay assets Edit gameplay footage and promotional content into compelling video ads that effectively communicate gameplay features and player motivations Produce original creative concepts and high-volume iterations, optimizing marketing assets for performance across various advertising platforms Required qualifications: 5+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, video editing, or digital advertising, specifically for user acquisition in mobile games Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in motion design, editorial storytelling, and short-form video production with measurable results Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop Experience with performance marketing workflows and user acquisition testing methodologies Familiarity with major paid media platforms and an understanding of performance metrics relevant to advertising campaigns
