Maintain the critical asset registry, updating equipment lists in alignment with asset integrity and process safety standards. Manage the maintenance budget, strategically allocating funds for predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance investments. Collaborate on contract negotiations and service agreements with external maintenance providers. Lead talent development by training, motivating, and fostering safety and operational awareness across the maintenance team.
