Hope the Mission is a nonprofit serving people experiencing homelessness in Los Angeles and surrounding communities with shelter, meals, recovery programs, and supportive services. We’re seeking a compassionate Client Service Monitor to help provide a safe, respectful environment for clients. In this on-site role, you’ll monitor client well-being and shared spaces, document observations, report incidents and urgent needs, and communicate updates to the team. You’ll follow shelter safety and confidentiality procedures, respond calmly to concerns, and use respectful, trauma-informed communication. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with experience in shelter services, client support, behavioral health, or a related setting.
